Kris Munsch

Born and raised in Western Kansas, Kris has over 30 years experience in the construction industry, 20 years home inspecting and 10 years in higher education.  Experience is key in home inspecting and Kris knows houses. Kris trained with the Professional Home Inspection Training Institute, is a member of the ICC (International Code Council), InterNACHI (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors), and has a Educational Specialist Degree in Constructional Management. He also is a professor at Fort Hays State University, teaching construction management.

Larissa Munsch 

Larissa has over 12 years experience in the environmental science field, working for both private companies and government agencies. She has a B.A. in Biology and a M.S. in Geoscience. She is also AARST-NRPP Radon Certified and KDHE Radon Measurement Technician Certified #KS-MS-0410. Additionally, she has over 9 years experience in home restorations.

In their spare time they enjoy restoring old houses through their restoration company Oldhouselove Restorations and repairing basements with their foundation company Midwest Basement and Foundation.
